PRODUCT EXPERT
Location: Hanoi
The Product Expert is responsible for providing efficient, insightful and timely support when engaged by Ford customers. Support to be provided during business hours (8:00am – 6:00pm AEST) and may require working over non-national public holidays (day in lieu applies). There may also be a need to adjust work hours for the pilot to accommodate peak customer interaction hours. This would mean that support may be required after normal business hours (5:00pm – 9:00pm). Working with other areas of the business (Product Marketing, Vehicle Personalization Team, Product Development, TAC/SEO, FordPass Guides and CX) is crucial in being able to resolve customer questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in related field
- 1 – 3 three years of automotive product knowledge experience preferred
- Automotive sell experience will be advantage
- Strong product knowledge especially relating to the Ford Ranger and Ford Everest
- Strong product knowledge of key competitors of the Ford Ranger and Ford Everest
- Strong knowledge of Ford Accessories and Ford Aftersales benefits
- Strong knowledge of key competitors in accessory market
- Passion for automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of Ford connectivity systems and tools like FordPass.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to confidently converse and present product features to customers live (via Video)
- Able to show empathy and provide support to Ford customers
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly and mentality for process improvements
- Problem Solving ability
- Proficiency in current CRC tools
