Product Integrity Officer

Responsibilities:
•    Support supplier QMS / ITS-SQP activities, identify & follow up on the area for improvement.   
•    Conduct on-site factory assessment for new suppliers.
•    Conduct on-site & remote Quality / Technical / Retailer Specific audits
•    Work & monitor HMK chemical management program with suppliers. 
•    Support CQS certification & audit program – QMS aspect.  
•    Prepare summary / report on quality aspect. 
•    Provide quality training to supplier/ internal staff.
•    Frequent travel to offices and factories in China. Potential for travel to South-East Asia. 
•    Ensure all products procured conform to customer requirements and all products at retail are free of quality issues.
•    Other tasks that assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
•    3+ years of working experience in ethical compliance.
•    Good command of oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage.
•    Knowledge of MS office and data analysis software
•    Frequent travelling within Vietnam is required
•    Results oriented and hardworking team-player
•    Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners
