OVERVIEW:
• Support the team to conduct trainings with staff and suppliers in Vietnam & SEA region, share updated rules and regulations in a timely manner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support supplier QMS / ITS-SQP activities.
• Conduct on-site factory assessment for suppliers, identify & follow up CAPA for improvement.
• Support CQS/SEP certification & audit program – QMS aspect.
• Prepare summary / report on quality aspect.
• Provide quality training to supplier/ internal staff.
• Support all Quality’s work for execution.
• Frequent travel to offices and factories, potential for travel to South-East Asia.
• Ensure all products procure conform to customer requirements and all products at retail are free of quality issues.
• Other tasks that assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of working experience in quality compliance especially on QMS/Technical audit.
• Good command of oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS office and data analysis software.
• Results oriented and hardworking team-player
• Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners.
• Frequent travelling may required
• knowledge in Microsoft office applications
