Job Title: Product Owner - CVM Product Team
Location: Digital Factory
Reporting Line: Digital Factory Director

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the Customer Value Management (CVM) Product Team at Digital Factory. This role, reporting to the DF Director, will drive the strategic vision and development of three essential workstreams—Performance marketing use case workstream, Performance workstream, and Martech workstream—focused on maximizing customer engagement and lifecycle value through data-driven marketing technology and analytics.
Key responsibilities:
  • Strategic leadership and product vision
    • Define and lead the strategic product roadmap for CVM, aligning it with Bank’s goals for digital transformation and customer-centric engagement.
    • Collaborate with the DF Director to set priorities and performance targets for CVM products, ensuring all initiatives enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Workstream management
    • Performance marketing use case workstream: Establish a library of performance marketing use cases focused on customer engagement, acquisition, and retention, using innovative strategies like gamification and hyper-targeted messaging.
    • Performance Workstream: Lead efforts in tracking and optimizing key performance metrics such as conversion rates, funnel management, drop-off customer, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Martech Workstream: Oversee the technical management and integration of Martech solutions to improve personalized messaging, campaign automation, and cross-channel marketing, leveraging tools like Insider for enhanced customer engagement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
    • Act as the primary point of contact between CVM product teams and stakeholders, including marketing, analytics, and IT teams.
    • Regularly communicate product vision, progress, and performance metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and aligning product initiatives with Bank’s strategic direction.
  • Product lifecycle and backlog management
    • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating the strategic roadmap into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
    • Lead the agile product development cycle for CVM, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with product objectives.
  • Data-Driven optimization and campaign personalization
    • Leverage customer data and behavioral analytics to develop hyper-personalized campaigns and product experiences.
    • Use data analytics to measure and optimize the performance of CVM products and campaigns, identifying key insights for continuous improvement and reporting on campaign effectiveness to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications & experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in product management, performance marketing, or Martech roles, preferably within financial services or fintech.
  • Skills:
    • Strong experience with Martech platforms, performance marketing, and data-driven campaign management.
    • Proven track record in multi-channel campaign optimization and personalization, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and CRM systems.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and align product goals with business objectives.
