*Responsibilities:
- Department HC management, such as attendance, system HC, salary accounting, etc
- Organize stuff of MFG to learn company culture
- Organize team to carry out activities
- Assist the manager to track the implementation of important instructions
- Assist the manager to deal with HR relevant matters
- Meeting preparation
- Employee care
- Other matters assigned by the manager
- Major in secretarial, HR and administration is preferred
- Familiar with 6 modules of human resource management, with more than 1 year working experience as an assistant
- Proficient in office software
- Strong principle, practical work, high loyalty and full of positive energy
- Strong written expression ability
- Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese in reading, writing and speaking
