About the Company:
  • We are a newly established manufacturing company specializing in the production and packaging of screws and fasteners, aiming to build a world-class operation with a strong focus on packaging excellence, quality, and efficiency.
Position Summary:
  • The Production Manager will be responsible for managing daily production activities with a strong focus on meeting schedules, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring labor efficiency. This role is critical to leading a large labor team in a fast-paced packaging-focused environment and supporting the successful operation of our newly established plant.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
  • Organize manpower efficiently and ensure work schedules are achieved with high productivity.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize output and resource use.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Support the Plant Manager in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and cost control.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Packaging teams to resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
  • Track production performance and prepare regular reports on labor efficiency, output, and challenges.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to production supervisors and shop floor staff.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing production, preferably in fasteners or industrial products.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage labor effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage large labor teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Basic English skills: must be able to read and recognize English letters and simple documents.
  • Hands-on, practical approach to solving problems on the production floor.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High school diploma required; technical or vocational training preferred.
