Position: Production Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with senior management to establish manufacturing targets and execute related plans.
- Assist in developing and refining the company's production system, including organizational structure, personnel planning, and power/responsibility delineation.
- Coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to achieve production targets.
- Address major production issues and oversee task completion, reviews, improvements, and daily production meetings for on-time product delivery.
- Ensure safety in production organization and management.
Supervise staff workload and performance using quantitative "KPI" indicators, balance production capacity, and enhance efficiency. - Manage internal and external training and report regularly to senior management while fulfilling assigned tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or above, major in industrial management, machinery, mechatronics or related, more than 3 years related work experience, proficient in manufacturing technology, processing technology and product manufacturing management process.
- Have the management ability to manage a team of 40~200 people.
- With high sense of responsibility, good communication skills, team work spirit.
- English level CET4 or above, with certain English reading and writing ability, excellent oral English is preferred.
- Excellent quality, cost awareness.
- Proficient in Office software and familiar with ERP system.
- Chinese and Vietnamese bilingual level has reached the level of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
