- Our Client, a European player in the energy transition with the strength of a diversified and combinable range of solutions, is looking for a Project Coordinator for their business in Vietnam
- Combination of a technical and project manager; for projects of various sizes and with diverse scopes and products, coordinate the project from the beginning till the end
- In charge of the Basic Design of the solutions to be brought to the product and their auxiliary equipment, in cooperation with the various support services of the sector
- Manage the execution of the overall and detailed studies of projects
- Manage the schedule and resources of projects, both internal and external
- Validate technical files, drawings and item lists by guaranteeing quality, deadlines and costs
- Support the different involved departments: Engineering, Procurement, Site erection and commissioning
- Actively participate in the execution of the activities on site, if necessary, by reinforcing it with presence
- Take initiative, are rigorous, show leadership and are autonomous, defend the interests of the company
- Actively participate in feedback
- Prepare and present the cost control (budget report) of project every month.
- 10 years of Project management, Cost saving oriented , Project leader with easy communication with EPC in APAC and coordinating with the company HO with adequate finance and progress reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree of Electromechanical Engineer - Thermal Engineer and/or a management background with good technical basis
- At least of 10 years’ experience in engineering and technical project management in the field of energy production, powers plant preferably in an international environment. Experience on site is a plus
- Excellent at MS Office and preferably master planning software (Primavera, MS Project)
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- Reliable, very autonomous and with excellent interpersonal skills, good coordinator and communicator, ability to take initiatives and find solutions will be an asset in function
- Willing to travel for short- and medium-term missions abroad.
