Responsibilities:
- Build a new business network and retain relationship with old client through various channels.
- Collaborate with industry groups, functional teams, and associations to contribute to the success of each event.
- Establish and maintain clear communication with exhibitors, prospects, attendees, associations, consultants, and vendors.
- Stay informed about industry trends, key players, distribution channels, and relevant issues.
- Generate sales leads and maintain an updated list of potential exhibitors.
- Secure signed contracts and ensure full payment is received.
- Assist in the floor plan consolidation and participate in floor plan audits.
- Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitor inquiries and issues.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Assist with proofreading the event directory.
- Coordinate special features for events.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet budget goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals to potential exhibitors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support company business needs.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 year working experience in Sales B2B or Business Development or Key Account position
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in the event industry, with knowledge of the manufacturing sector as an advantage.
- Sales-driven with a strong focus on client service.
- Possess a proactive, sales-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
- Strong listening and networking abilities.
