Job Purpose:
The Project Manager (PM) plays a critical role in ensuring operational success for the Company Project regarding Product Research and Training For Our Clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Setup of the key performance index on key PM tasks
Systematization of processes from product planning to mass production stage by comprehensively considering product development schedule, quality level, cost
Establishment of management methodology from product development planning to mass production
Leading development throughout the company to gain competitive advantage, create new customer value to achieve development goals
Organizational Structure Design Consulting for Efficient Product Development
Develop of Product Planning Method
Product design, assessment, production, quality based on customer needs, Consulting how to organize collaboration schemes
Consulting how to communicate with customers including management meeting
Consulting on how to communicate with customers related to product development
Risk Management Consulting
Leadership improvement consulting
Have good communicating skill and good experience in teaching about materials control as well as making the training plan of Technical Product.
Communicate with Students to solve issue.
Prepare and communicate Materials Control skill updates at weekly lessons

Requirement:
MBA or Master’s Degree in Chemistry/Engineering/Operations Management
Have experience 10+ years of professional experience required
Excellent English skill.
Advanced modeling and predictive analytical skills; advanced user of MS Excel with a deep understanding of Excel techniques.
Ability to problem-solve and influence others through relationships and data
Having high responsibilities.
