Main Responsibilities:
- Manage claim process of property claim team.
- Investigating the cause of a loss, apply the terms of the insurance policy to the cause
- Recording extent of the loss/ assessing the amount of the loss and adjust within the specific terms of the insurance policy.
- Negotiating a claims settlement that is acceptable to the various parties
- Pursuing recovery from some other parties where the opportunity to do so is available.
- Researching supporting documents / analyzing the data to make assessment.
- Reporting (in English) to update the claim processes as well as adjustments for clients.
Requirements:
- More than 7 year experiences in loss adjusting or non-life insurance business.
- Good at conversation & writing in English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Knowledge in insurance, be qualified in loss adjusting practice is advantage.
- Good communication, presentation & sense of servicing.
- Hard working & good sense of urgency and team-working.
