Job Description:
Our client, an Apple's vendor in Hung Yen, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer audit response, with at least 2-3 years of experience working with Apple customers. Proficiency in Chinese and good command of English are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA team to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Handle customer audits and respond effectively to customer inquiries and requirements.
- Collaborate with Apple customers to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Develop and implement QA processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and audits.
- Provide training and support to QA team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience, prefer candidates having experience in dealing with Apple customer.
- Strong customer audit response skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese and good command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
