Job description:
1) Handle customer complaint
2) Participate in new product launch
3) Quality risk assessment
4) Reciprocal Customer Audit, Internal Audit Deployment
5) Document control
6) Certification audit handling and certification maintenance
7) Work and projects assigned by QA Manager 

Job requirements:
1) Gender: Male or Female
3) University graduate ( Mechanical, Electronic, Automation...)
4) Experienced in Customer Audit, familiar with 7QC Tools, FMEA, CAPA, 8D, 5Whys, AQL...
5) 1 person requires fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6) 1 person requires fluent Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing
7) Knowledge of ISO 9001 system
8) Ability to communicate, reports and presentations
