Position: QA Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop product inspection Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP) and Control Plans (CP).
• Manage the implementation, improvement, and preparation of ISO system documents.
• Organize regular internal audits involving relevant departments to assess ISO system document compliance.
• Conduct incoming, production process, and shipment inspections in line with system specifications.
• Utilize QC management tools to oversee and prevent production process quality issues, analyze defect causes, and guide improvements.
• Address customer complaints promptly, generate 8D reports, conduct customer visits, and maintain effective business communication.
• Manage various sample types, ensure proper maintenance, storage, and conduct regular annual audits of measuring instruments and tools.
• Ensure purchased and outsourced materials adhere to national and environmental requirements like ROHS/REACH, requesting SGS reports and material certificates from suppliers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Experience in quality management of automotive precision components is required.
• Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc;
• Experience in enterprise management with over 500 employees in the manufacturing industry is preferred;
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
