Position: QA/QC Supervisor
Working Place: Binh Duong (Shuttle Bus provided)
Working Time: Mon – Fri, 8am – 4pm
Report line: QC Manager
JOBS PURPOSE: Support QA/QC manager in supervising and manage Site QA/QC activities.
JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and monitor QC related activities and ensure Good Laboratory Practices.
• Site Management System and local Document Management System. Translate regulations from certification schemes like ISO or FAMI-QS, authority- or ANH requirements into local procedures.
• Adherence to Site KPI metrics to drive Quality Performance.
• Audit management (local business process owner = LBPO), which comprises the internal audit planning, execution and reporting as well as the coordination of customer / authority audits including the site response.
• CAPA management, which starts with the investigation of deviations in manufacturing, definition of the action plan and final approval.
• Management of Change to manage and monitor maintenance of the program adherence and providing appropriate training to employees.
• Support investigation of internal, supplier, and external quality complaints.
• Support review and ensure site compliance to the HACCP plan and release production schedule conditions in PCS according to the requirements.
• Develop and maintain the site-specific quality related training program.
• Support Commercial Team on Quality related topics and first level support /services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or Feed/Food Technology (or equivalent)
• Good command of English and local languages is required.
• Good working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and QC activities.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory / lead experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in Quality Management tools such as SAP, Trackwise is preferred.
• Knowledge in powder technology, premix or feed compounding is preferred
• Experience in using LC MSMS and HPLC analysis is preferred.
• Project Management skills preferred
