Quality Leader (Tent + bag)

Responsibilities:
1. Development:
- Coordinate the sample development between the headquarters and factories.
- Control and validate the quality of your samples.
- Build and manage the development planning.
2. Purchase:
- Negotiate the price of your products.
- Analyze the cost breakdown of the products.
- Make quotations for new products to expand your business.
3. Industrialization:
- Optimize the first production to ensure the quality and the technicity of the mass production.
- Follow up and support the factory to improve production efficiency.
- Continuous improvement: Improve and optimize the production processes.
4. Quality Management:
- Control the Quality of the Products in lines and before shipment.
- Improve the Quality system of your suppliers.
- Coach and train the Quality Team of your suppliers.
- Ensure that Decathlon Compliance standards and the local regulation are respected, in terms of quality, safety, environment, toxicology, and social compliance.

Requirements:
- Strong in Product Development & understanding of production flow (Product: Backpack, Tent).
- Strong know-how in Quality system management.
- Good know-how in Backpack - Tent production is a plus.
- Good English communication skills (Chinese speaking is a plus).
- Strong team spirit.
- Business mindset & result-oriented to expand your scope of business.
- Detail-oriented & work well with numbers (for product costing).
- Strong in Supplier management and Quality system mangement & problem solving.
- Able to make decisions & influence others.
- Good communications & negotiation skills.
- You love to be on the field. Site visit to factories in charge in Phu Tho, Hung Yen, Ha Noi 2-3 times per week.
