Our client, a leading company in the outdoor apparel and footwear industry, is seeking a highly motivated Quality Manager to join their team and ensure the highest standards of product excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the quality management of apparel and footwear products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality issues at any stage of the process.
• Serve as a liaison between the development department and suppliers regarding product and quality requirements.
• Analyze quality data and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
• Create process documentation internally and for suppliers.
• Conduct supplier visits for audits, onboarding, and relocations.
• Monitor product and quality standards in collaboration with internal and external testing laboratories and service providers.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality management.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Background in textile engineering, quality management or related field
• Min 03 years of work experience in a similar role is essential.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with suppliers, design and development, sales, and purchasing teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving orientation are essential.
• Must be fluent in English
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and FlexPLM, is necessary.
• Advanced skills in data management using Excel and Access are essential.
