Salary: 15.000.000 - 18.000.000 VND

Regular working hour: 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday

Job Description:

● Ensure product quality in footwear manufacturing through strict quality control processes. 

● Apply industry-specific quality standards and testing methodologies. 

● Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality. Requirements: 

● Experience in the footwear industry, especially in manufacturing or quality control. 

● Strong English communication skills. 

● Proactive, innovative, and eager to take on new challenges. 

● Passionate about sports, aligning with the company’s culture. 

● Experience with LEAN methodologies or digitalization in manufacturing is a plus.
