- Participate in activities related to introducing and marketing products to customers.
- Develop and improve recipes for new dishes.
- Support activities related to product introduction and development, such as public relations, marketing, culinary/cooking classes, and food photography events.
- Participate in interviews and research on customer nutritional needs and preferences regarding dishes.
- Provide culinary expertise to analyze products, conduct market research, and evaluate them.
- Continuously update market trends related to kitchen products, recipes, and culinary trends.
- Train the Sales team on basic kitchen knowledge and culinary trends.
- Introduce, analyze, and guide the Sales team on various menu formats.
- Coordinate with the Key Account team to address customer inquiries.
- Develop and update product application guidelines.
- Support the Head Chef in food preparation and cooking at cooking demonstration events, product launches, and creative food displays.
- Assist in developing culinary standards for new products and product improvement projects.
- Research culinary trends to develop new dish recipes.
- Prepare weekly reports and plans to support customer management and product marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Graduated from accredited training centers in tourism, hospitality, or culinary schools.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in restaurants or hotels in positions such as chef, sous chef, or supervisor.
- Good cooking and tasting skills.
- Ability to present and explain ideas clearly. Basic knowledge of product development processes.
- Fluent and clear communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing).
- Proficient in using office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in 4-5 star hotels.
