This is an outsourcing contract (10 months) and is likely to be renewable.
1. Recruitment activities
- Contact, discuss and negotiate with candidates about selection, offer package.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Regularly manage employee data
- Payment for vendors
- Handle recruitment activities onsite and offsite, such as post jobs, build the database of qualified candidates according to relevant job requirement, screen, and search, select short list of candidates, organize online test, interview/ assessment and negotiate with selected candidates to supply right person in the right position by deadline.
- Other admin support or assignment.
2. REQUIREMENTS
- University graduated
- At least 02 years of professional experience in HR/ recruitment
- Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good at English
- C&B skills are advantage
