REGIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - NORTH
Location: Hanoi
Key responsibilities:
- Key person in managing emerging channels customers relationship, annual trading terms and joint business plans. Coordinating with Distributors partners on managing operation KPIs- Coverage, Perfect stores, Service levels, inventory and business plan execution. Identifies key opportunities to further build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure business directions are aligned and partner of choice.
- Responsible for exploring new customers, delivering company sales objectives in emerging channels, including Health & Beauty store, Pharmacy & Minimart chains, Omni customers. Develop and execute the monthly/quarterly/ annual business plans with tracking matrix in accordance with the objective of growing the whole business.
- Responsible for company initiatives execution at given channels, manage trade budget within guidelines, monitor results and make future recommendations for improved sales performance.
- Identify market gaps & opportunities by key provinces & channels, including competitors’ intelligence, develop and implement regional programs to address key opportunities.
- Oversee distributor field force effectiveness and objectives by connecting with Distributor/HR to ensure recruiting, orienting, training standard.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related majors.
- Proven track record in a sales management role.
- Prefer in-depth experience in working with emerging channels, including Health & Beauty Stores, MTI, minimart & pharmacy chains, Omni channels.
- Strong understanding of sales, commercial excellence, category management and building strategic partnerships with emerging customers across all levels,
- Fluent in English
