- Foster the development of new and existing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and relevant clinicians.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure optimal performance across departments including Quality Regulatory Affairs (QRA), Supply & Research (S&R), Supply Chain, and Marketing.
- Coach and train distributor sales teams to enhance their ability to sell the Medical Solutions portfolio in India, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
- Understand the purchasing processes and reimbursement schemes for public hospitals in these three markets.
- Be well-versed in hospital tender processes and work with distributors to establish tender specifications.
- Participate in and contribute to winning strategic tenders.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape, market trends, and intelligence related to PPE products, DVT compression devices, and nutritional delivery solutions.
- Gain a deep understanding of the end-user buying processes and map these processes for each market.
- Develop and implement a market development plan for Medical Solutions products.

- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-7 years of commercial experience in the Medical Consumables and Devices industry or professional experience in an OT hospital setting. Direct interaction with surgeons and operating theatre nurses is preferred.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills when working with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- A solid understanding of engaging with distributor markets and managing distributor sales teams.
