Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement competitive business strategies that align with the company's objectives to drive both short- and long-term revenue growth, while ensuring that goals are in harmony with the company's vision and mission.
  • Establish clear KPIs and continuously monitor and evaluate distributor performance.
  • Promote sustainable and profitable growth in the market.
  • Successfully execute multiple new product launches, with measurable outcomes. Incorporate detailed customer, competitor, and market insights into planning and execution.
  • Create and execute strategies for additional growth opportunities, including inorganic business development and other company's solutions and services.
  • Lead key customer-facing activities such as marketing, sales, professional education, and management of key customers and distributors.
  • Foster the development of new and existing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and relevant clinicians.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure optimal performance across departments including Quality Regulatory Affairs (QRA), Supply & Research (S&R), Supply Chain, and Marketing.
  • Coach and train distributor sales teams to enhance their ability to sell the Medical Solutions portfolio in India, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
  • Understand the purchasing processes and reimbursement schemes for public hospitals in these three markets.
  • Be well-versed in hospital tender processes and work with distributors to establish tender specifications.
  • Participate in and contribute to winning strategic tenders.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape, market trends, and intelligence related to PPE products, DVT compression devices, and nutritional delivery solutions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the end-user buying processes and map these processes for each market.
  • Develop and implement a market development plan for Medical Solutions products.
  • Achieve financial targets and deliver results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-7 years of commercial experience in the Medical Consumables and Devices industry or professional experience in an OT hospital setting. Direct interaction with surgeons and operating theatre nurses is preferred.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills when working with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • A solid understanding of engaging with distributor markets and managing distributor sales teams.
  • Experienced in results-driven environments, with a proven track record of leading educational programs in complex, cross-departmental, and public sector settings.
  • Able to leverage product and clinical expertise to gain valuable insights from the market.
