Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Acquisition & Lead Generation:
Identify and engage potential clients for loan products, including individuals and businesses seeking financing solutions.
Generate leads through prospecting, cold calls, emails, networking, and other outreach methods.
Provide tailored financial solutions that address client needs, positioning the benefits of relevant loan products.
2. Sales Pitch & Negotiation:
Conduct product presentations and clearly explain loan terms, requirements, and processes to prospective clients.
Effectively handle objections, negotiate terms, and close loan deals.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients, guiding them through application and approval procedures.
3. Relationship Building & Retention:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize customer loyalty and repeat business opportunities.
Monitor client satisfaction post-sale and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
4. Market Research & Business Strategy:
Stay updated on financial products, lending regulations, and industry trends.
Use insights to refine sales approaches and identify new business opportunities in relevant sectors or demographics.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue KPIs through focused and consistent efforts.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal pipelines using CRM systems.
Submit regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling loan products (telesales preferred), ideally in financial services, banks, NBFCs, or fintech companies.
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in loans or similar financial solutions.
