Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Account Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, biotechnology, and nutritional supplement sectors.
Identify and approach potential new clients, expanding the customer base.
2. Sales and Business Development:
Present and promote the company’s products, including excipients, flavorings, raw materials, laboratory equipment, and consumables.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
3. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Present and promote the company’s products, including excipients, flavorings, raw materials, laboratory equipment, and consumables.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
4. Order and Process Management:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.
Requirements:
Degree in Pharmaceuticals, Food, Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in sales within the pharma, cosmetics, biotech, or related industries.
Strong network in the respective customer segments is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities.
Proficiency in English (4 skills) and MS Office.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
