Our client is a large distribution company specializing in clothing, handbags, and footwear.
Responsibilities:
Product/Commercial/Visual Management:
Ensure shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to according to/follow the Company guidelines/ operational policies and procedures.
To be aware of the daily and monthly budgets to meet and exceed them.
Analyze daily business information & data and reacts to it accordingly.
Be in charge of planning the commercial and visual activity of the store in a daily/ weekly/ seasonal manner.
Work alongside the management team to ensure that the best RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) practice is in place at all times.
Control product level in the store.
Team Management:
Managing and motivating the sales team to increase sales and ensure business efficiency.
Be aware of the daily and monthly sales target to meet and exceed them.
Communicate with the management team on a daily basis with information regarding personnel and product.
Ensure standards are maintained during the day and at closings.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer service is offered in the store.
Monitor and support customer service action plans.
Solve and manage customer issues as they arise and refer to the senior management team when necessary.
Understand and reinforce the company return policy.
Support customer service with product knowledge and awareness of the New arrivals, Replenishment of best sellers & Offering alternatives.
Team Management:
Lead and keep a high level of motivation within the department.
Guarantee the adequate induction and follow up on training for new team members.
Assist in the development and retention of an effective team.
Get involved in performance management of sales assistants (I.e. sickness/ absence, lateness, returns to work, etc).
Health and Safety:
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an incident happens.
Be aware of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail chains (Big brands).
Or candidates with over 1 year of Product, Commercial & Visual Management experience, and English proficiency, in Food and Beverage or Hospitality chains.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
