Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage digital analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, and Adobe Launch DTM.
Understand and interpret website traffic metrics including pageviews, sessions, orders placed, and add-to-cart events.
Apply estimation methodologies and adhere to quality processes.
Utilize knowledge of analytics and digital marketing to enhance data accuracy and insight generation.
Use tools like Omnibug for testing web analytics implementations.
Conduct web-based application testing.
Apply knowledge of HTML and JavaScript to tagging and analytics tasks.
Utilize JIRA for task management and defect tracking.
Manage the defect workflow from identification to closure, ensuring proactive tracking of bugs.
Test applications independently, ensuring high quality and accuracy of analytics implementations.
Maintain intermediate-level Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate daily with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Report performance metrics across all domains to senior management.
Required Skillset:
(1) Necessary to have
Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, and Adobe Launch DTM.
