Textile - Garment ​

Responsibilities:

• Obtaining customer's feedback, resolving issues regarding product's qualities, Quality complaint/ claim

• Supporting oversea and local customer who using Spandex yarn

• Suggest appropriate products based on customer's need.

• Provide technical solutions/support product testing at customer’s facility.

• Solving technical issues and support R&D, Production to improve product quality.

• Establish regular schedules to visit customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production, QA, or R&D in textile or garment companies.

• Preference given to candidates with experience in circular knitting, fabric dyeing.

• Good English communication skills (Preference for candidates who also know Chinese.)

Benefits:

• Salary: Based on the candidate's qualifications and work experience. (If the candidate has strong skills in both English and Chinese or English and Korean, and relevant experience, salary can be considered starting from 1,500 USD.)

• Working hours: 8AM-5PM, Monday to Friday.

• Language allowance: 500,000 - 4,500,000 VND/month for each language (English/Chinese/Korean/Japanese).

• Lunch allowance: 1,500,000 VND.

• Phone card allowance: 800,000 VND.

• Annual leave: 14 days (Unused leave can be compensated at the end of the year).

• Annual salary increase, 13th-month salary, and production bonus from 180-250% depending on A/B/C performance evaluation.

• Full participation in Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI).
