​Our client is a large distribution company specializing in clothing, handbags, and footwear.

Responsibilities:

Stock & Sales Management:

  • To ensure an effective replenishment that complies with company standards & policies

  • To be responsible for the stockrooms organization (complying with standards, layout, efficiency)

  • Responsible for RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and its devices (PDA's and iPods, a good 25R), practices and routine and works alongside with the Commercial team.

  • Responsible for planning stockroom initiatives to come up with solutions to overcome capacity issues

  • To manage delivery productivity in line with Company targets.

  • To manage and oversee the complete delivery process across all the sections of Stores.

  • To support the management team following the sale preparation plan to achieve targets set.

Team Management:

  • To lead and keep a high level of motivation within the department

  • To guarantee the adequate induction and follow up on training for new team members

  • To assist in the development and retention of an effective team

  • To get involved in performance management of sales assistants (I.e. sickness/ absence, lateness, returns to work, etc.,)

Customer Service:

  • To ensure the Operation Assistant teams are fully trained

  • To participate in performance reviews for subordinates

  • Effective, consistent and regular communication with Division Head of Store operations.

  • To ensure team schedules are followed up to respect coverage planned.

Health and Safety:

  • To ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the back of house

  • To be aware of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and Company procedures to overcome them

  • To promote work routines and environment to enhance the welfare of the Teams.

  • To actively communicate with the General Services team to ensure maintenance issues are reported and incidences reported until sorted

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail chains (Big brands).

  • Or candidates with over 1 year of store management experience, and English proficiency, in Food and Beverage or Hospitality chains.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

  • Passion for fashion.
