Working time: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Admin:
Flights booking
Book external car (Etoco, Cong Duy) + claim
Taxi Report processing
Book flowers, gifts, etc. (on occasion) + claim
Arrange meeting rooms & facilities, logistic (food, water…)
Support for Compliance Scorecards (on request)
Arrange payment for suppliers, the coordinate with accounting department
Support receive & deliver goods
Coordinate with HR on Boarding for new employee/intern/outsources
2. Sales Support
Prepare customer letters and coordinate document translations.
Assist in tender preparation and VIP visits (HQ/reference sites).
Support sales activities: flight bookings, room reservations, visa arrangements.
Follow up on translation of brochures/datasheets and manage materials in HCM office.
Import brochures/datasheets from Germany.
Attend sales/marketing meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist Sales with CPQ/SCON updates, quotes, and documentation.
Manage training records and participant lists for product training.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in logistics/supply chain, engineering, or business management.
Strong data management and analysis skills, knowledge of SAP.
3 years of relevant experience.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.
Communication skills and experience in stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
Continuous improvement mindset with an analytical, hands-on approach.
Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and adaptability.
