Responsibilities:
Transaction Support:
Handle daily transaction issues, including disputes, holds, refunds, collections, failed transactions, and change information requests for major chain stores such as CELLPHONES, TAKAHIRO, HINOKO, JINDINROU, SOMTHAI, THE COFFEE HOUSE, GIA KHO GROUP, KINGFOODMART, I CAN READ, AHA COFFEE, JIO HEALTH, DUC PHUC HOSPITAL, and AN THINH HOSPITAL.
Corporate Account Management:
Assist in opening banking accounts for corporate clients, particularly large chain stores.
Marketing Support:
Support marketing activities initiated by headquarters or the Vietnam branch.
Lending Process Support:
Prepare application forms and contracts for SME lending, collaborating with other teams to ensure document readiness.
Field Visits:
Conduct on-site visits to pre-screen customers for whitelist approval.
Back-Office Management:
Manage customer information and ensure accurate data handling in the back office.
Reporting:
Prepare reports and perform additional tasks as requested by the line
manager.
Requirements:
Young, energetic, and dynamic personality.
Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Banking experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
