Role purpose:
- To effectively grow our business with Key Account clients in Vietnam.
- Drive business development strategy and promote product portfolios in targeted segment and regions.
- Foster relationships and consistently engage new connections at key customers, primarily emphasis on senior levels.
- Manage key accounts to stimulate business expansion through a process of sales excellence.
- Achieve personal sales targets and specific objectives by formulating and prioritizing direct sales strategies towards key account customers.
- Oversee and enhance assigned activities with designated accounts.
- Explore and establish new businesses within relevant industries.
- Work closely with regional and cross-functional teams regarding branding activities.
- Additional responsibilities assigned by hiring manager.
- Education background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling industrial products & solutions, besides of 2 years of experience in managerial level.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing fields of Cement, Pulp and Paper, Metal, Energy, F&B, or other heavy industries is highly preferrable.
- Highlighted achievement in exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in utilizing SAP systems to navigate sales processes and maintain records.
- Willing to travel regularly.
- Open-minded, proactive personality, can-do attitude.
