Responsibilities:
Admin operation in HCM/HN (Car rental booking, air ticket, Taxi/grab, tree, pantry, stationery, envelope, mail in/out…)
Seal management
POP/staff uniform ordering
Office Expenses controlling within budget (office rental, stationery, pantry, courier, etc): check debt and make payment to vendor monthly
Office performance (Receptionist, office renovation, etc…)
On/off boarding process
Expats support: apartment, car rental, school, immigration procedures (visa, work permit, TRC, passport) including business trip proposal/payment for MD
3S-Safety in the office
Supports teammate to do Team Building, Year Anniversary and Year
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in Admin or similar role
Be fluent in English
Hard working, time management skill, collaboration, integrity, ownership, passion and interest in Admin field and hard working
Can onboard ASAP
