- Our client – global e-commerce company - is seeking an Senior Business Trainers to expand their business in Vietnam.
JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertake and assign SOP training tasks, and supervise the SOP training process in the warehouse;
- Regularly analyze regional training performance indicators and drive improvement in the metrics;
- Provide relevant training support according to the business needs of each warehouse;
- Participate in the development and delivery of training courses;
- Build and manage a mentoring team, including the selection, training, certification, and motivation of team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- At least 3 years of experience in training-related roles, with expertise in course design and development; capable of evaluating training effectiveness and conducting reviews,and familiar with data analysis methodologies;
- Proficient in using office software such as Visio, XMind, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, clear logical thinking, strong execution abilities, and outstanding coordination skills.
