Job Description

Your Quest

Marketing Planning & Execution:

  • Develop marketing plans &  determine seasonal/monthly/weekly content direction in collaboration with both internal (other regions, regional team) & external stakeholders (club, KOLs, partner...etc).
  • Coordinating regional marketing efforts while adapting campaigns to cater to regional audiences. This includes localized social media strategies, influencers, and esports figures to drive engagement.
  • Responsible for requesting, producing, and quality control for creative assets for each project, covering various elements like series branding, key visuals, banners, trailers,..etc
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, video editing, legal, purchase) and external resources (production houses, agencies, KOLs, and so on) to visually bring campaigns, programs, and assets to life.
  • Marketing Analytics: Leverage analytics to track key success metrics for marketing and brand awareness campaigns, applying insights to future project launches. In a regional role, analyze market trends across all regions, evaluate competitive landscapes, and identify emerging opportunities. Provide data-driven insights to guide local esports marketing strategies.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Compile detailed reports on season outcomes and performance.
  • Analyze statistical reports, provide evaluations, and offer strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Responsible for coordinating and developing human resources to fulfill requirements and ensure the implementation of marketing campaigns as required by the project.
  • Manage and cultivate a relationship with third-party organizations, agencies, pro-teams, Game KOLs, etc that are relevant to our Game & Esports marketing effort.

Job Requirements

Your Stats

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in end-to-end strategic marketing with extensive experience in digital marketing and campaign management is a must, prior experience working in Sports & Esports environment is a plus.
  • Content production experience with a proven track record of crafting compelling stories, experience in Gaming/sports content or Esports content is an advantage (key contents such as commercial video, website/ microsite, CGI video, iTVC, MV...).
  • Passion: Being a game/esports or sports enthusiast is a must.
  • Skills: Sharp analytical mind, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear, effective communication skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English (must-have) and Chinese is a plus.
