Position Summary / Job Purpose
The Senior Executive - Trade Marketing supports the execution of trade marketing initiatives and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities to achieve short- and mid-term sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Trade and BTL marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Sales team and external partners.
- Deploy and manage Trade and BTL marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring timely reporting on progress and challenges.
- Develop innovative marketing solutions to address market needs and support sales growth.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign effectiveness through regular market visits.
- Manage and monitor budgets for promotional activities, aligning spending with market needs.
- Conduct market analysis, prepare reports, and serve as a key resource for training and external events.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in planning and executing marketing initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in medical associations/institutions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
