Job Summary:
Reporting to the Company Director, this role is responsible for overseeing real estate investment and business activities within Vietnam. The position focuses on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, advising clients, and managing property sales, leasing, and operations to maximize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and provide regular investment reports and strategic recommendations.
- Source and assess potential real estate investment opportunities (residential, commercial, mixed-use).
- Advise clients on investment strategies and business plans.
- Manage leasing, buying, selling, and transferring properties within the company’s or clients’ portfolios.
- Lead and manage the real estate business team, including collaborators and brokers.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and clients.
- 10–15 years of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in investment, brokerage, and commercial property operations.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, legal frameworks, and investment analysis (Pre-FS, FS).
- Excellent negotiation, client advisory, and team management skills.
