- Formulating & Executing an Efficient Multi-Channel Approach
- (Focused on imported nutritional powder milk products for children aged 3 and above sourced from Australia and New Zealand)
- Conduct research on the product, market, and TikTok trends to suggest customized multi-channel TikTok strategies for specific customer segments.
- Create branding scripts, conversion-centric scripts, and posting frequency strategies for both local and global markets.
- Collaborate with and oversee the production team to produce top-notch and impactful TikTok videos.
- Establish a robust network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), and Affiliates to enhance brand visibility.
- Supervising & Expanding Online Sales Platforms
- Devise advertising strategies and video content for TikTok, Facebook, and Shopee to stimulate sales growth effectively in local and international markets.
- Administer Ads systems (TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Shopee Ads) with substantial budgets, ensuring a Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) of 3 – 6 times or more.
- Develop compelling and engaging livestream content for TikTok, Facebook, and Shopee.
- Collaborate with KOLs and conduct daily livestream campaigns to optimize sales and performance.
- Team Leadership & Performance Evaluation
- Recruit, train, and supervise the marketing and livestream teams.
- Analyze and present insights on campaign performance, advertising expenditures, and revenue enhancement.
- Recommend innovative strategies to drive market expansion both locally and globally.
Requirements & Competencies
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a comparable role.
- Preference: Candidates with a background in Mother & Baby products, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or related sectors are preferred.
