KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand, consolidate, and coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure the synchronization and smooth operation of the Marketing, Communications, and Customer Service departments.

  • Develop plans, solutions, and implement company objectives and policies related to business operations and marketing activities.

  • Support the Marketing Director in managing and overseeing all marketing, communication, and customer service activities efficiently, ensuring the achievement of set goals.

  • Manage and supervise the marketing department, including market research on product/service demand, identifying target customer segments, and analyzing competitors.

  • Plan, implement, direct, and coordinate with various departments to execute marketing strategies, including promotional programs and sales activation.

  • Develop, oversee implementation, and review digital marketing plans to align with business needs and sales performance.

  • Act as the key liaison with the sales department to develop pricing strategies, optimize profitability, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and allocate the division's budget effectively.

SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES:

  • Monitor and execute sales push activities within marketing and communication projects as assigned.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with department heads to support smooth internal coordination.

  • Actively communicate, oversee execution, and ensure team leaders adhere to project timelines.

  • Participate in company meetings as delegated by the Marketing Director.

  • Work under pressure with an independent, confident, and clear-oriented approach to determine objectives and desired outcomes.

  • Exhibit a professional, open-minded, and friendly working style.

  • Proficiency in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Industry experience related to service-oriented products is required.

  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing & CRM, including the ability to operate and manage customer data storage systems effectively.

  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
