Job Purpose:
The Senior Presales Consultant works closely with the Sales Team to provide technical presales support, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and assist in customer qualification discussions. This role also supports the development of opportunities by offering in-depth technical insights and conducting Proof of Concept (PoC), presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Account Managers, Product Managers, and Business Development Managers to provide presales technical consultancy and support.

• Deliver detailed technical demonstrations and presentations to customers and business partners.

• Conduct training sessions for partners on product solutions.

• Contribute to and refine responses for technical RFPs/RFIs.

• Develop solution playbooks and blueprints to articulate use cases clearly for internal sales teams and partners.

• Manage technical validation events and coordinate PoC activities.

• Represent the company at relevant industry conferences, exhibitions, and events.

• Contribute insights and recommendations for go-to-market strategies and solution positioning.

• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (relevant certifications are a plus).

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar presales or technical role, ideally in an IT multinational or vendor environment.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, Microsoft Windows, and Unix-based systems.

• Experience with infrastructure components such as switches, routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and IAM solutions.

• Strong technical knowledge across networking, systems, and security domains.

• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
