A.    Requirements
Educational Level: University Graduated
Work Experience: 10 years of experience in petroleum / petrochemical process design and operation or Equivalent
Specialty/Qualification: A bachelor’s degree from known university in ENGINEERING or equivalent 
Skills:    
- Knowledgeable with process design, process operation and detailed engineering studies that includes process simulations, and project-related activities.
- Experience in working international projects
- Has worked many years (>>3) outside of their home country
-Credit given for having worked in second or third world conditions
- Familiar with safe operations of process units, including knowledgeable with process safety elements such as MOCs, HAZOPs and behavioral safety. 
- Be able to use common engineering software such as CAD Drawing 
- Excellent English report writing and Power point presentation skills
- Be able to work under high pressure
- English skills   IELTS 5.0 
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
B.    Purpose:
Senior project engineer is responsible to assist the project manager to plan and execute the project / turnaround in the refinery. Duties include supporting the refinery in the field of petroleum / petrochemical process engineering covering all aspects from conceptual design, through detailed engineering, day-to-day activities, and long-term performance improvements.
C.    Responsibility:
For this position, minimum works are as follows:
·    Participate in Evaluation of technical and economical aspects of proposals for new or revamping facilities submitted from within and from outside the company and prepare the plan after approval.
·    Assist in Establishment of the plan of new or revamping facilities after having considered profitability and safety. 
·    Ability to conduct basic planning work and basic design work while coordinating outside consultants or contractors if necessary.
·    Participate in advance the key performance index (KPIs) through the revamping facilities.
·    Coordinate and assist in evaluating the work being conducted by outside consultants or contractors.
·    Assist in conducting the whole coordination, execution, evaluation and acceptance for project regarding new or revamping facilities.
·    Ability to Serve Process Safety Management and assist in execution of Management of Change of equipment condition.
·    Assist in reviewing and updating the engineering standards as needed in order to ensure that all new equipment is in conformance.
·    Ability to review and update technical documents related to new or revamping facilities.
·    Take MOM, TQ, RACI matrix, ITP and RFQ for technical studies and construction etc.
·    Assist in making monthly report for project work etc.
