Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect with deep expertise in Node.js and AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance architectures and leading technical strategies for our applications. You will work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our systems are robust, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications using Node.js and AWS.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.

• Develop and maintain high-level architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and design patterns.

• Drive decisions on system design, integrations, and infrastructure, optimizing for performance, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.

• Lead performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of backend services and cloud infrastructure.

• Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance with industry standards.

• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in an architectural role.

• Expertise in Node.js, including backend development frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS.

• Strong experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, EC2, ECS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).

• Proficiency in designing and building microservices architectures, serverless applications, and containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with API design and development, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
