Job Duties: 

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities 
• Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, inverters, trackers, and related equipment 
• Monitor and analyze the performance of solar power plants to identify any deviations from expected output. 
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, including AC and DC circuits, transformers, and switchgear 
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal plant performance and minimize downtime 
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance activities for PV Solar Plant/s and EHV lines 
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions, electrical faults, and equipment failures. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, or service providers for more complex repairs or component replacements. 
• Work with subcontractors deployed at site for various activities e.g. but not limited to, O&M, Module Cleaning, Vegetation abatement, Security etc. and get the work done from them as per the contractual scope and deliverables. 
• Respond to any emergency conditions at site and report the same to the Reporting Officer as and when such incident takes place at the site 
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment records, and performance data. 

Job Requirements: 

• Overall experience of 5+ years into Solar 
• Minimum of 3+ year experience in Solar Operation & Maintenance 
• Graduation / Diploma in Electrical Engineering 
• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics Engineering Candidates from other discipline, having excellent relevant experience will be considered. 
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and other monitoring/control platforms for solar plants. 
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team for effective plant management. 
• Participate in implementing all initiatives related to EH&S, performance improvement, cost optimization 
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages. 
• Ability to travel to different project sites within Vietnam as required  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues in solar systems. 
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. 
• Candidate should possess Good General Health, eyesight, and free from fear of height (alti-phobia). Candidate should be able to distinguish colors 
• Fluency in Using Computers Applications 
• Performing plant preventive maintenance & trouble shooting within time.  
•  ‘0’ incident/accident at site throughout the year
