Job description:
Reporting to Operations Director in Hong Kong, the site leader will act as the key person for all operational and supply chain issues in-country.

- Responsible for management, including but not limited to inventory management, material planning control, warehousing and customs & logistics, material expediting with aim to meeting customer delivery schedule,
- Ensure company policies, guidelines and statutory requirements are fully complied,
- Manage and enhance team performance to meet with business objective and ensure required results can be achieved effectively and efficiently,
- Optimize and continuously improve the operation process in the fields of Order Handling, Quality and Compliance Management.
- Lead and train team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Materials Logistic Management or equivalent,
- Minimum 5+ years experience in managing supply chain or similar site leader role,
- Minimum 3+ people management experience,
- Experience working in a matrix organization is preferred, experience in MNC is highly preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
