I. Job Responsibilities:
Leading Prudential’s strategic communication projects in sustainability/ESG (environmental, social, governance)
Deliver engaging and meaningful strategic communications and campaigns on a regular basis to communicate the company commitment in sustainable development, demonstrating Prudential’s purpose which resonate well with key stakeholders.
Executes effective communications for a wide range of internal and external audiences through strategic projects such as Aging Population, The Just Energy Transition Plan (JETP) with Vietnam Government.
Provide event planning and logistics support for Thought Leadership/ESG events
Coordinate with stakeholders to accurately, effectively and authentically capture information throughout the reporting year, for inclusion in internal and external channels such as a year-end ESG report.
Contribute to the production of ESG content including videos, op-eds, infographics, working with business units to seek out case studies etc. on multiple platforms including Corporate Website, Employee Intranet, Email Marketing and Social Media channels
Undertake content marketing initiatives e.g. speakerships, sponsorships, partnerships, hero events, internal campaigns and activities – to achieve recognition and build on Prudential’s thought leadership/ESG stories.
Work with Group Communications team and PR Agency to pitch stories to the media based on engagement goals.
Monitor online conversations and participate in those conversations to strengthen Prudential’s ESG visibility and thought leadership.
Develop and update ESG communications toolkit for leadership team and market.
Provide communications support, including media releases, responses, spokesperson management etc.
