​Working location: District 1, HCMC

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customs:

- Monitor compliance with import/export processes to ensure adherence to customs regulations.

- Report non-compliant cases.

- Check data and documents and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure customs compliance.

- Provide support and/or training for establishing master data within the area of responsibility.

- Contribute to the improvement of procedure efficiency.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Customs Associate/Logistics Team Leader.

Logistics:

- Track deliveries with suppliers and freight-forwarders, including booking non-nominated forwarders in emergencies or when no global rate is in place, to ensure timely receipt of goods.

- Coordinate with external (transportation providers) and internal customers (e.g., supplier project managers, factory logistics, local business administration team) to ensure prompt and proper shipment movements.

- Provide logistics performance overviews, raise early warning signals, and work on solutions.

- Review purchase orders and shipping documents (e.g., shipping invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading) to address any deviations and ensure accuracy.

- Analyze operational logistic status, inform stakeholders adequately, derive and implement alternative measures to adapt to changing situations, and complete and communicate deficiency and status reports to the Logistics Team Leader.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Logistics Team Leader.

SCM direct material operation:

- Execute Supply Chain Management (Direct Material) in line with company guidelines, division, and BU regulations to identify and qualify suppliers.

- Regularly and ad-hoc report all SCM KPIs; assess vendor qualifications and conduct annual evaluations; manage tools such as C4S, Pumaweb, and Nexus.

- Develop suppliers and procurement strategies by continuously updating market knowledge to source potential suppliers, creating a preferred vendor list, conducting quality checks and evaluations, and establishing processes/programs for supplier development.

- Participate in global/regional tendering for demand pooling, negotiate with suppliers at the country level for Local Adoption Agreements and Frame Agreements with preferred suppliers, and update new guidelines and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Around 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement, preferably in a multinational environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and customs regulations.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven negotiation skills with suppliers at both local and regional levels.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours in response to urgent situations.
