Responsibilities
- You will have the authority to provide suggestions regarding company decisions.
- You'll be responsible for supervising, guiding, and evaluating subordinates.
- Report any supplier issues to the appropriate authorities.
- Collect information related to the quality management system.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or materials is required.
- Previous experience in the role of Technical Manager in the Automotive Industry, particularly with Composites Materials for Automotive, Aircraft, and Sporting goods.
- Direct experience with quality standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, 7 QC tools, TQM, SPC, and other problem-solving techniques.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD Systems, especially Catia.
- Strong command of the English language and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong systematic thinking and analytical skills.
- Effective leadership skills, including communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for conflict-free performance in this role.
