Responsibility
  • Project coordination for the procurement, conceptualization, technical planning, and computational analysis of initiatives primarily centered around the construction of drainage and sanitation systems in buildings.
  • Offer technical assistance to sales, distribution partners and customers to facilitate market demand
  • Deliver necessary technical support to the sales team, collaborating closely with the designated Sales Manager.
  • Arrange and deliver sales-focused and technical training sessions for representative partners and their clientele. Guarantee on-site visits and provide post-sales assistance.
  • Foster and establish expertise in the market's technical aspects.
  • Facilitate and assist in the sales of piping, sanitary, and bathroom systems.
  • Carry out market research and analysis to formulate recommendations for the market strategy.
  • Assist in determining product assortments tailored to specific countries.
  • Facilitate the launch and presentation of new products.
  • Utilize CRM for all sales-related tasks, such as planning customer visits, maintaining contact reports, and managing project information.
  • This role holds responsibility for the Vietnamese market.
Requirements
  • Engineering Degree/Diploma
  • Knowledge of building industry and/or plumbing/sanitary industry
  • Fluent in English written and verbal, able to speak and write local language
  • 3-5 years working experience in plumbing/sanitary field, relationships to contractors and consultants
  • Experience on construction sites, hands on, supervision and inspections
  • MS office, CAD (Autocad/Revit) application knowledge
  • Personal capacities (flexibility, technical skills, appearance, trustworthy)
  • Moderation and presentation skills
  • Persistent and resilient
  • Constant willingness to learn
  • Team player & social competence
  • Willing to travel within the dedicated region (travel capacity up to 20%)
