1. Technical support: Responsible for promptly responding to customer technical problems, coordinating internal and external resources, and providing continuous follow-up and resolution;

3. Project support: Responsible for analyzing customer project requirements, completing project plan construction, assisting in formulating bidding documents, predicting technical problems in the project implementation process, and providing project technical support;
