Job Description:
Mission Statement:
Support the training team to deliver high-quality work.
Conduct and organize induction training courses for new hires.
Collaborate with the training department to develop training materials, manuals, regulations, and eLearning content.
Store and manage training data.
Provide administrative support to the training department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Induction Training Course: Ensure newcomers complete self-learning courses and tests. Coordinate with instructors to align subjects and agendas, collect questions/needs from newcomers, and send them to instructors. Assist with the ITC program and track progress.
Training Events: Assist the training department in preparing supporting documents, scheduling, mailing, and communicating training programs, assessments, surveys, and reports on events. Ensure a positive learning environment and manage logistics and settings.
Training Solutions: Work with the training department to develop training materials, videos, manuals, regulations, and eLearning content.
Data Management: Manage and store data in the Sanofi LMS, including evaluations, satisfaction scores, completion rates, and dashboards.
Learning Management System: Track and create learning objects such as online courses, videos, online tests, and curricula. Upload data as needed.
Administrative Support: Provide services through Sanofi SOP E&C, eBuy, and other platforms.
Requirements:
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
Understanding and ability to support traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
Strong communication skills.
Enthusiastic and proactive work attitude.
Attention to detail and a spirit of continuous learning.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good command of English.
Qualifications:
University degree.
At least 3 years of working experience in a coordinator or administrative role.
