JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse operations by managing and maintaining the WMS software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of inventory, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient warehouse processes. Your expertise in WMS implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting will be essential in supporting the organization's logistics and supply chain activities.
1. WMS Implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design WMS solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Lead or assist in the implementation of new WMS software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Customize and configure the WMS to meet specific operational needs.
2. System Maintenance and Upgrades:
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure the WMS operates at optimal levels.
- Stay informed about updates and new releases, and coordinate system upgrades as needed.
3. User Training and Support:
- Provide training to warehouse staff on WMS functionalities, ensuring they can effectively use the system.
- Act as a point of contact for WMS-related inquiries and issues, offering timely and effective support.
4. Data Management:
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of data within the WMS.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making processes.
5. Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement using the WMS.
- Implement changes and enhancements to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
6. Integration and Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate the WMS with other business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
7. Compliance and Security:
- Ensure that the WMS complies with industry regulations and standards.
- Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard sensitive data within the system

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in logistics systems and familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
• At lease (1) year experience with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment
• Experience in as a super user in operating WMS order management applications and database systems
• In-depth knowledge of WMS software, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
